The Clinton st project
Looking for a way to diversify their portfolio. Oscar and Yuka started to invest in real estate properties on the riverside.
Their first project is a 3 family home that dates back to 1905 and is currently under remodel.
With the completion of the 1st floor we now move on to the second floor where the floor plan will change dramatically.

The Bronxville project
Chris and Sherry moved to Bronxville from North Carolina. They purchased a colonial fixer upper and we were more than happy to help them with their general remodeling needs.
This project included multiple bathrooms and a variation of closet, sitting spaces.
